Blowtherm Genius Prep stations are equipped with a wide range of possible solutions including installations with bases in various sizes, with grids on partial or total surfaces, air extraction units and positive pressure heated ventilation system, with conventional or direct fired burner, or hot water battery. And, simple extraction units with wall extraction or extraction through excavation and filtered plenums. The many options allows us to offer our customers a wide range of versatility to meet individual needs.

Some of the unique features of Blowtherm products including the Air Speed System, but are not limited to:
Blowtherm's Direct Fire Burner is designed for maximum fuel efficiency (100%). The burner is designed to be cleaner burning which results in a very low level of NOx emissions into the atmosphere.
The Air Speed Waterborne System is a system incorporated in the plenum of the booth cabin. The system does not consume any additional energy, nor does it require maintenance, unlike ceiling fans and air blowers. The Air Speed System has been proven to sped the flashing of waterborne and solvent based paints quicker and cleaner than any other system on the market today. Blowtherm has been manufacturing spry booths for 58 years, and has 15 years experience working with waterborne coatings. No other American manufacturer of spray booths can make these claims.
Blowtherm engineers have developed a Heat Recuperation System that can save between 30 and 60% of fuel and energy costs depending on the average yearly temperature in the area of the country where installed. The system is affordable and easy to install. In considering R.O.I., the system can pay for itself in a relatively short period of time.
